Reservations

- A deposit is required for all reservations. We accept Visa, Mastercard or a personal check. Stays 3 days or less require a deposit in the amount of one night and stays longer than three days require a deposit of one-half of the total. For one night stays, the deposit will include the sales tax and room tax.
- Three days stays are required on the July 4th Holiday (at least one night being the 4th) and the Apple Festival Thursday through Sunday. Two night minimum stays on weekends to include either a Friday or Saturday are also required from Memorial weekend through October 13, during the week from June 14 through September 2 and the New Years Holiday, Winter weekends of January 25, February and March 1. One night stays can be reserved when available as determined by management.
