General Information
For
the convenience and comfort of our guests the following apply.
GENERAL INFORMATION
 |
No smoking, pets or candle use is permitted in the cottages and no pets on the property. |
|
An automatic cleaning fee of $500.00 will be charged if there is any evidence of tobacco use or pets and $100.00 will be charged if there is any evidence of candle use. Any other damages incurred will be charged accordingly at the discretion of the owners. |

are based upon double occupancy for cottages 2,3,4,5,6,14; quad occupancy
for cottages 1,7,8,9,10,11
and for six for cottage 12.

RESERVATIONS
| A deposit is required for all reservations. We accept Visa, Mastercard or a personal check. Stays 3 days or less require a deposit in the amount of one night and stays longer than three days require a deposit of one-half of the total. For one night stays, the deposit will include the sales tax and room tax. |

Three days stays are required on the July 4th Holiday (at least one night being the 4th) and the Apple Festival Thursday through Sunday. Two night minimum stays on weekends to include either a Friday or Saturday are also required from Memorial weekend through October 17 and during the week from June 15 through Labor Day weekend, the New Years Holiday and the Presidents Weekend In February. One night stays can be reserved when available. |
CANCELLATIONS
| For cancellations made twenty one days or more prior to the scheduled arrival, the deposit will be refunded minus a cancellation fee. For cancellations made less than twenty one days of the scheduled arrival, the deposit is non-refundable and a lodging certificate will be issued in the amount of the deposit minus a cancellation fee. During the winter, we take bad weather into consideration regarding cancellations. |

If you choose to shorten your stay after your arrival, a lodging certificate will be issued in the amount of the charges for the balance of the unused days. |
| For Apple Festival (Thursday-Monday) cancellations, the deposit is non-refundable after July 31 of each year and is handled like a less than twenty one day cancellation. |
| The cancellation fee is $20.00 per cottage. |
