Rates
are based upon double occupancy for cottages 2,3,4,5,6,14; quad occupancy
for cottages 1,7,8,9,10,11
and for six for cottage 12.

RESERVATIONS
| Reservation confirmed by a deposit of a check, Visa or MasterCard payment in the amount of the one night base rate per cottage |

Three days stays are required on the July 4th Holiday (at least one night being the 4th)and the Apple Festival October 2 through October 5. Two night minimum stays on weekends to include either a Friday or Saturday are also required from May 23 through October 26 and during the week from June 15 through September 2, the New Years Holiday, Labor Day Weekend and the Presidents Weekend In February. One night stays can be reserved when available. |
CANCELLATIONS
| For cancellations made more than ten days prior to the scheduled arrival, the deposit will be refunded minus a cancellation fee. For cancellations made within ten days of the scheduled arrival, the deposit is non-refundable unless the cottage is rented for each day of the cancelled reservation. The deposit will then be refunded minus a cancellation fee. |

If you choose to shorten your stay after your arrival, the charges for the balance of the unused days is non- refundable unless the cottage is rented each of the unused days. |
| For Apple Festival (Thursday-Sunday) cancellations, the deposit is non-refundable after July 31 of each year. |
| The cancellation fee is $15.00 per cottage. |
